Column equipment
Devices with volume of up to 200 m3, working pressure of up to 16 MPa, internal diameter of 300 to 4000 mm, are intended for use in process installations of the oil refining, petrochemical, chemical, gas and other related industries for carrying out heat and mass exchanging processes in contact with steam (gas) and liquids (the presence of several liquid phases is possibly), also in the presence of a dispersed solid phase. The devices may be made of various materials (including bimetal) and climatic versions, have external and/or internal heaters (water, steam, electric), factory-made thermal insulation, corrosion protection of the inner surface. Dimensions of the manufactured equipment in the transport position are 6x6x40 meters, weight is up to 60 tons, wall thickness is up to 60 mm. Products are manufactured on the basis of questionnaires, terms of reference, sketches, drawings, measurements of the existing equipment by our specialists at the place of operation. We provide services on supervised installation, installation, commissioning, warranty and post warranty maintenance, as well as selection of equipment and internal devices of column type devices. It is possible to provide service platforms of various configurations, shut-off and control valves and instrumentation.
